How I got from nothing to doing this for a living.

    Where this started

    I couldn't centre a div.

    No degree. No bootcamp. A secondhand laptop and a folder called new-folder-3. If that is roughly where you are sitting right now, you are exactly where I was.

    The messy middle

    My first website was genuinely bad.

    Three fonts, a layout that collapsed on phones, and I was proud of it anyway. Shipping something bad is the whole skill. Everyone who builds well now built badly first — they just did it where you couldn't see.

    The part nobody warns you about

    A site nobody finds is a receipt, not a business.

    My first client's site sat on page six of Google for months. So I learned the other half of the job: structure, speed, schema, and writing the words people actually type. That is the difference between a nice page and a page that earns.

    AI is a power tool. Someone still has to hold it.

    It does not replace the craft, it deletes the slow parts. That is why I can charge what I charge and still hand you something built properly — not a template with your logo dropped into it.

Questions

The things people always ask.

How much does a website cost?

Projects start from the price listed on this page. The final number depends on how many pages you need and whether you need content written. I quote a fixed price before starting, so there are no surprises.

How long does it take?

Most one-page sites go live in about a week. Larger sites take two to three weeks, mostly depending on how quickly you can get me your content.

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account and the code. I hand everything over at the end. You are never locked into me.

Do you use AI to build the sites?

I use AI the way a carpenter uses power tools — it removes the slow, repetitive parts. The design decisions, the structure and the final quality check are done by hand. That is why the work is fast without being generic.

Can you help my site show up on Google?

That is most of the job. Every site I build ships with clean structure, fast load times, proper metadata and schema markup. Ranking then depends on publishing content consistently, which I can also help you plan.
